To ensure the best service for everyone, we have a few simple policies in place. These guidelines help us maintain a smooth, welcoming atmosphere and allow us to focus on delivering exceptional services.

  • NO PLUS ONES - Allowed after business hours . Lobby & Front door will be closed everyday at 5PM. If you are dropping someone off, we ask that you wait in your car or return once their appointment is finished. But always reach out to your artist first.

  • NO food or drinks allowed , this helps us maintain a clean and professional environment.

  • While we want you to feel welcome, please remember this is not YOUR home but a shared beauty space where clients come to relax and be pampered.

    *Please keep your feet off our furniture.

    *Restrooms are only for our clients and team members, NOT to the public. Please clean up after yourself once done .

    *No snooping around someone’s work space . Cameras are working 24/7

    *NO SOLICITING

  • Doors will be locked after 5PM. if you have an appointment after hours, please wait in your car and your artist will come get you.
