  • For the best results, arrive with clean, dry hair, free of any heavy products. If you’re coming for a color service, avoid washing your hair right before, as a little natural oil can help protect your scalp. Feel free to bring photos for inspiration!

  • It depends on your style and hair type! Generally, we recommend every 4-6 weeks for short styles, 6-8 weeks for medium lengths, and 8-12 weeks for long hair to maintain shape and prevent split ends.

  • Appointment times vary based on the service. Haircuts usually take 30-60 minutes, color services around 1-3 hours, and specialty treatments or event styles may take longer. Our team will give you an estimated timeframe when booking.

  • For best results, we use only high-quality products that we trust and know work well with a variety of hair types. Bringing your own products is generally not recommended, as we cannot guarantee the results.

  • We welcome walk-ins when we have availability, but we highly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure your preferred time and service are available.

  • We want you to love your hair! If you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know within 7 days, and we’ll happily work with you to make any necessary adjustments to ensure you leave feeling great.
